Martin King Posted July 21, 2020 Report Posted July 21, 2020 Does one need to keep extending H1B while on EAD on EB1 - just waiting for final interview? Without H1B does it affect traveling back to US with AOS/AP? Does it affect any job changes? Any other cons - greatly appreciate input Quote
pontevecchio Posted July 22, 2020 Report Posted July 22, 2020 EB1-C implies a job offer and intent to work for the sponsor. Staying in H1 status is not necessary. Once the PD is current, further extensions are not possible. Quote
