Ak C Posted July 21, 2020 Report Share Posted July 21, 2020 Hi I starting pursuing MS Analytics in August' 2019 on H4 .Till now I have completed 3 trimesters on H4 itself. I have 3 more trimesters left with 1 year in hand to get graduated. My F1 visa got rejected by US embassy (Delhi-India) stating section 214B on 19th Feb'20, earlier. Now, I want to change to F1 through COS since I can not travel outside USA due to pandemic. Is it advisable to go for COS during this time considering USCIS having backlog and furlough ongoing issues? If yes will I be able to get COS approval within 1 year? Quote Link to comment
