Raman005 Posted July 14, 2020 Report Posted July 14, 2020 Hi, I am currently in the US and I recently received approval for my H1B extension starting Aug 2020. With the current Exec order can I travel to India and get my stamping done (if dropbox is still available) and return back before Dec 2020. I am not sure if H1B extension is still considered a new visa or an extension of the old visa. Thanks for the help! Quote
