Second stage of my green card process I-140 has been approved. 4. I have a job offer that's going to file for my extension with a new employer. Is H1b extension affected by yesterday's order? gopalakrishnach Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Any employer can still file petition for you and processing wll take place. But you cannot travel to USA until ban is lift off or DEC 31 2020 as of now. Quote
