bpendyal
Hello My H-1B is going to be expired on 28th of June 2020 and my PERM has been filed in the month of January. Due to this pandemic things are moving really slow and the chance of me getting my PERM, I-140 and other things are at risk. Is there any 60 Day grace period which USCIS has provided for us to work as the things are getting delayed? In Case, if the flights doesn't operate, what is the way for me to stay here? JoeF
You have a 10 day grace period when the H1 expires. You can NOT work during th e grace period. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
The Government will make an allowance for this unprecedented situation. No Grace period if you finish the 6 years on 28th June. If there are no flights, you cannot leave. Quote Link to comment
