H1b extension denial from previous employer

Hi , I had approved h1b upto Oct 31st,2019 & I94 expiry as of Nov 8,2019 with Employer A. I got RFE with H1 extension with A with last date of response  to uscis as Jan 2020.

On Nov 5 2019 (after H1 expiry but before I94 expiry) , new employer B applied for H1 transfer in premium and it got approved by Nov end.

I left job with A and joined B on Dec 30 2019. Also my spouse H4 tagged to Employee B got approved in Jan.

Employer A didnot respond to RFE nor revoked the petition , so after Jan 22nd 2020 the Employer A visa got denied & corresponding H4 for my spouse with Emp A got denied.  

My question is do I need to take any action /provide any response to USCIS for me & my wife's denied case with Employer A ?

Can there be any problem in future for restamping in India or port of entry?

We both have approved H1/H4 petitions with Employer B now . Thanks.

I don't think there will be a problem. You have approval from Emp B and a valid I94 so you should be good.

If you filed her H4 extension along with your H1 transfer before I94 expiry and if she has a new I94 till your current H1 petition expiry, there is no problem.
