sshahab2008
Hi I moved to different employer and GC in process, got approval of H1b for 3 years based on I-140 approval, can my previous employer withdraw approved I-140 after 1 and half years of approval? If yes, what are the options? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
You can find another GC sponsor to start from PERM onwards and retain the PD and also get further H1 extensions till the PD is current. The I-140 revocation will only mean that the job is gone. Quote Link to comment
