leeabao
Hi, What forms and/or website links should I go to to concurrently apply for US Citizenship for myself (on Greencard for over 10 years) and Greencard for my spouse (currently on G4 visa)? Or, do I have to apply for and obtain the US Citizenship for myself first before I can apply for/sponsor Greencard for my spouse? Thank you for guidance. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
There is a quota for spouses of Permanent Residents. Until your oath, you are still an LPR. Spouses of US Citizens are immediate relatives and there is no quota. Quote Link to comment
