Interview completed, co said would approve the case after being current. Letter issued which case case held for further review. I 140 approved > 180 days I485 filed > 180 days. Have worked in multiple countries as Program Manager at executive level. Got a job offer as FTE with designation as Business Architect. Currently in discussion with New company for supp J. they are not ready to provide job details to include authority to hire and fire employees. Team handling, People management, and other project management tasks are included. Just seeking help to understand examples of same or similar occupation for AC21 job portability under Eb1C.
