H1B RFE

Hi,

My H1B application got selected in the lottery then few days later i received an RFE. Then,i submitted my RFE with in the RFE deadline.After submitting my RFE to USCIS within a week i upgraded to premium processing but,here they rejected my premium processing form and sent an email saying that they already took the decision.So,that decision is not revealed till today.I couldn't see the change of status in USCIS portal.Please,assist to me about this case.

Your employer has to handle that. It is their petition.

Your employer/attorney will get correspondance on this. Ask them.

I got a response from my employer/attorney saying that they didn't receive any information or mail from USCIS regarding to my case.

Did you ever come across that kind of case in your life>
