Rajkumar Kaliaperumal Posted November 26, 2019 Report Share Posted November 26, 2019 Hi, I have recently traveled to Mexico for 3 days since my kids I94 got expired based on their passport validity but they have valid H4 Visa & I797. Then i renewed their passport. so that for getting new I94 for them, we traveled to Mexico. Its about one week time, still Our (Me, my Wife & 2 Kids) I94 didn't change. March 2020 our Visa status going to expire so need to renew them, but my kids I94 validity showing the old date i.e December 2018. Please let me know about your thoughts. Quote Link to comment
