My L2 EAD will be expiring in January, 2020 and I applied for L2 and EAD extension along with my husbands L1 renewal. My husband received the L1 renewal , but it seems the L2 and EAD renewal may take 7-8 months . Our I-485 is filed and I have my valid AOS- AP/EAD .1. Can I switch to AOS EAD and continue my work after L2 EAD expiring?2. Do I have to go out of the country to change to AOS EAD?3.
