azha
I have approved I140 and moved out of USA on May 2016. I am thinking about applying for H1B transfer to another employer now. I have a doubt that what will be happen when H1B transfer petition gets denied, then do I need to inform in DS-160 about this petition denial when my current employer applies for extension later? User099
In DS160, they ask about Visa and POE denials and not about petition denials as far as I know. Quote Link to comment
xTDx
No, DS160 doesn't ask about petition denial history. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
so I need to inform in DS-160 about this petition denial - the question in DS 160 were you any time denied visa or stopped at POE to enter into country. You will say NO since petition and visa are different. Quote Link to comment
