rojaroja35 Posted October 28, 2019 Report Share Posted October 28, 2019 Hello Sir, I am the father Indian citizen and I have Green card, applying for IMMIGRANT VISA for my unmarried son, I have a query related to document Passport. My son has Indian passport / Indian citizen , his date of birth on the Indian Passport is different from the Birth certificate as they issued passport based on the TC - Transfer certificate from school because my son's TC had different DOB than the Birth certificate. When I try to change the DOB on the passport based on Birth certificate they have denied to so. My sons immigration petition has been approved by NVC and I am in the process of submitting the required documents. Since the DOB on the Passport and the Birth certificate is not matching I am worried about the outcome. What should I be doing please advice. Thank you Maz Quote Link to comment
