snow1 Posted October 10, 2019 Report Share Posted October 10, 2019 I filed i-130 and i-485 concurrently for my mother this July. I got an RFE for the I-485 asking me for my income tax returns for the most recent year. I did include the W2 for the past 3 years(2016, 2017,2018). I didnt file the 2019 W2 yet. Does that mean I resend the 2018 W2? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 11, 2019 Report Share Posted October 11, 2019 They need tax transcripts for the previous three years. You can request the tax transcripts on the IRS site. A W2 is not a tax return. Quote Link to comment
