Nani247 Posted September 29, 2019 Report Share Posted September 29, 2019 Hi All, My employer has submitted rfe response 25 days ago and package tracking says uscis received it on sep3rd 2019. And today it is September 28, 2019. even though its been premium processing, my status did not changed since 25 days. And my current i-94 is exciting soon. Will there be any use if my legal contact uscis about that. How to handle this situation. Since my employer applied for premium processing I would have got the response in 15 calendar days but, still online status says request response was sent. Quote Link to comment
