H1B RFE Questions

Hello,

I recently applied for H1B Extension. I have already been on H1B for more than 10 years and have an approved I-140.  I have a Masters Degree in United States as well.  However I have been issued an RFE:-

The RFE to put it simply is on Employer - Employee Relationship and Specialty Occupation. 

1. What is the trend these days on H1B RFE Approvals.

2. How to prove Employer - Employee relationship - What are the suggested responses to prove Employer - Employee Relationship. As in what documentation might help to prove Employer - Employee Relationship.

3. How do we prove Specialty Occupation.  - What documentation is needed to prove Specialty Occupation.

 

I have heard it is very common for USCIS to issue RFE's these days but if an attorney responds they do approve it. 

 

What are your thoughts ?

1. No magical formula. Some are success some failing.

2. Your employer must take care of it and they must not ask you to provide it.

3> What is you field of study and your work field. Its hard to prove if they do not match. I sense it does not match.
