Valid 797B but expired I-94

[MP2020]

My H1b petition recently got approved and was given I-797B. Since, the petition was filed in premium the approval email that attorney received shows my validity and also I-94 #. But, the original copy that we received is 797B with no I-94 attached. Can someone please help if I have to exit US and then re-enter?  or if USCIS re-issue 797A because the initial email confirmation we received has I-94.

Your attorney should be able to help you in this case. If the I-94 was given in the initial email then it should have been there.

Forgot to mention that my petition was applied in consular processing.

Then you need to travel out of country and go for visa stamping.

Then you don't get a new I-94 on the approval notice. You have to go abroad, get an H1 visa, and enter with that.
