MP2020
My H1b petition recently got approved and was given I-797B. Since, the petition was filed in premium the approval email that attorney received shows my validity and also I-94 #. But, the original copy that we received is 797B with no I-94 attached. Can someone please help if I have to exit US and then re-enter? or if USCIS re-issue 797A because the initial email confirmation we received has I-94. Thanks in advance!! Quote Link to comment

Your attorney should be able to help you in this case. If the I-94 was given in the initial email then it should have been there. Quote Link to comment

Then you don't get a new I-94 on the approval notice. You have to go abroad, get an H1 visa, and enter with that. Quote Link to comment
