H4 visa: new or re-stamp required if the H1 person change the employer in US

My wife went to India in Jun 2019 and she got H4 Visa stamping on same month with validity Jun 2021 that was against my H1 with Employer A. I got new offer from Employer B and transferred my H1 to Emp B on Aug 2019 and H1 approved last week. Employer A withdrawn H1 in July 2019. Can my wife travel to USA with the H4 that she got through Employer A ?

Sir my first salary slip is generated on 27th september 2019 but my wife have a plan to travel on 20th september 2019 from India. Is it ok to have the new employment letter scan copy with her?

Just need little bit of clarification on same question please.So wife on H4 with employer A and in India at the moment, is there any need to go for drop box with approval of husband’s H1 with Employer B or no need to do anything and travel USA with current H4 employer A ? Assuming a facially valid H4 visa exists, she only needs to show that visa and the latest H1 approval. H4 visa is NOT employer dependent and entry depends on the valid status of the person in H1 with ANY employer.
