samquestions
After my marriage in India, my first wife came to US on April 2018 and left back to India in just 20 days and I filled a divorce in India She did not come for any of the hearing and the judge ordered for Exparte evidence on July 2019 and as I have to be there in person for eveidence , I travelled to India and appeared in court. Exparte has been approved , but yet to receive the Divorce decree. In between I got married second time, as I wont find time later in my job to travel to India. Now my second wife is going for H4 visa interview this month. My concern is, whether consulate going to check details about my first marriage and are they going to ask my second wife, why we got married before receiving Divorce decree?? Will this cause any issue in the interview.. Please help me on this.. Quote Link to comment

JoeF
Since you are still legally married to your first wife (the divorce is not final) your second wife can not get an US visa. Quote Link to comment
