Then, I continued working for A, as company-A H1 petition is under process. I got another opportunity in company B on Aug 16 and company-B H1 transfer got approval on Aug 30. Now, will there be any issue if I join company-B on tomorrow? ie from Aug 16-present day, I do not have approved visa but worked for company-A. Please suggest. Quote Link to comment
