hellojames Posted September 1, 2019 Report Share Posted September 1, 2019 Dear Team, I worked in USA for 3 years in H1B. My petition approved till Jan, 2021. Stamping expired on 2018. I had to come back India on February,2019 for family reason. My company withdrawn my petition due to some issues at client side (the project no longer exists). Now as I am interested again to travel same company trying to initiate Cap Exempt for me. a) Will there be any challenge at stamping? b) Can I go for stamping with receipt number for cap exempt filing or I need to wait till I receive approved petition. Please make sure that you have valid project which is reflected in your H1B approval for which you are going for stamping. B) On notice recepit you can never attend visa interview.
