My name on my wife (having EAD)'s business store lease agreement

Hi

I am on H1B here with I140 approved and my wife on H4 EAD running her business from home. My wife is in process of leasing a store for her business and the store owner wants to have both my and my wife name on lease agreement. All business activities are completed managed by my wife. Business is also registered in here name (LLC and she is the sole member of it). I just to make sure if its ok to have my name on lease agreement considering my H1B visa status. I have gone through various link about owing business on H1b and passive income and all. My question is specific to my name on lease agreement of my wife business store.
