My employer applied for H1B recapture for the period May 2-Aug 19th 2019. The case was pending and i stayed back in the US with the recapture petition receipt. I am currently on change of status petition receipt notice from H1B to Student visa. With all this said, I don't have any printed i94 since May 11, 2019. I am assuming that I am still legally allowed to stay in the USA with only pending petition receipts and no printed valid i94? Please let me know Thanks, Quote Link to comment
