sanjaygaur08
Hello Team, I have to raise my H1B extension and my employer want to change the wage level from 3 to 2 with the same role/job title because of recent updates on minimum wage policy from DOL .DOL has increased the minimum wage for Level 3 from July 1st and my employer does not want to increase the wages. To keep the same salary as existing, they are decreasing the current wage level to level 2, so that my existing pay can fit into that. Can someone please help and clear the below doubts?1) Does the wage level change/decrease affects the extension approval? any chance of RFE/Denial on this?2) Do i need to prepare any document proactively before applying the extension? Thanks in advance. Thanks,Sanjay Quote Link to comment
