My company "A" is not willing send me onsite so I have travelled by own. In the meanwhile H1B transfer applied with employer "B" and transfer have been approved. Company "A" have filled for H1B revocation and as per current status it is REVOKED Question 1. My wife has H4 visa stamping till Aug-2020 with my company "A". Since my H1B revoke; Can she travel on H4 visa of company "A" with having latest H1B scan copy. Quote Link to comment
