EB1 - Changing Employer while waiting for Green Card

My GC application filed in EB1-C (Multinational Manager) category in April 2018. My files was concurrent.

1. I have got EAD with AP

2. My I-140 approved in Jan 2019

3. My I-485 application interview also completed week back and status now (interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed)

What are the precautions do I need to take if I need to switch employer and risk associated with this?

The risk is significant if you do this. One should stay with the sponsor for an year or so before jumping ship as it were. Do not take ANY steps without discussing the situation in detail with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice.
