H1b extension and transfer

I work for an employer A, my current H1b expires in Oct 2019 and my employer has already filed for an extension. This is in regular processing.

I received an offer from another employer B, who will file for my H1b transfer in premium processing. Once my H1b gets approved from employer B, do I need to worry about my extension with employer A or it does not matter? My extension with employer B will get approved sooner since it is in premium. Please advise. Thanks.

As long as your employer B's petition gets approved you have no issues.

At one point of time you will move to B and let A know about this. At that time A will revoke H1B if it gets approved or withdraw petition.
