H4 Visa Extension

Hi,

I have a question on H4 Visa stamping.

Current Visa validity : 10/6/2016 - 10/6/2019

Renewal Visa validity dates as follows( I 797):

4/22/2019 - 10/25/2019

10/26/2019 - 6/3/2022

My H4 visa was extended through 10/25/2019 using I 539 approval. However , I did not apply for I 539 for the 3 year validity through 2022.

The question is, if I go for visa stamping, can I get H4 visa validity through 6/3/2022 by showing my spouse's I 797. Please let me know.

I'm currently working on H4 EAD and is valid through 10/6/2019 so do not want to miss renewing H4 EAD as well.

Hi,

We have visa with company A till Sep 2020 in our passports but I transferred to Company B so I transferred my H4 also along with my H1 now H1 in premium processing got approved till June 2022 now H4 is still in processing and will take long time to get H4 approval but H4 visa holder is traveling to India this September while H4 is still processing then once H4 travels out of country application will be no longer valid. So, can H4 holder go for visa stamping with new  H1 approval till June 2022. We checked H4 is elligble for drop box will there be any problem to go for visa stamping when H4 already has visa stamped till sep 2020 with old company. kindly suggest what we should do in this senario.

Thank you

Yes. That is the best option and cost effective option.
