james01 Posted July 19, 2019 Report Share Posted July 19, 2019 Hi, I am in a very bad situation, i.e my current work assignment may complete it in 1 or 2 months and trying to find out different assignment within the same organization but meanwhile, i have a couple of questions regarding my child education, my child is completed 11th grade in public school and about to start 12th grade in September, my questions are below 1) Is my child can continue 12th grade on L2 while I am in (L1) out of the country, the current I-94 validity till end of next year (2020) . I may come back in 3 to 6 months on different assignment from the same organization 2) What is max vacation allowed without pay on L1, 3) Any other choices to continue 12th grade Please help Quote Link to comment
