However, she quit her job to take care of our infant daughter and changed her status to H4 on my H1B. Now she is applying for jobs again and we want to understand the process and processing times for her to get her status changed back to H1B. Link to comment

Just find a job and the employer will take care of H-1 filing in premium. Link to comment
