123vish
Hi All, My end client project got over early this week, same end-client details that I provided at the time of filing H1B but the employer remains the same. I received my RFE notice last week. My employer said that they will reply to RFE with whatever documents they have but I think that's too risky. Please suggest what should I do in this case to and if there is any risk associated and chances of getting petition rejected. Need to reply to RFE. Kindly respond ASAP.Thanks, Vishal Link to comment
JoeF
Providing fake documents or invalid documents is fraud. The H1 will get denied if the client project no longer exists. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Since this is your first H1B I guess you need to go with this. I may be wrong. Link to comment

The rule is that the project specified on the application has to exist and be available for the beneficiary until the H1 starts. It is not possible to replace the project. That H1 is gone Link to comment
