AryanVyas Posted July 18, 2019 Report Share Posted July 18, 2019 I have a H1B extension valid till 31st December, 2020 in which attached LCA was for Clevland, OH for client A. Now I got another project and my same client A has asked my Company to file a amendment for Newark, NJ location. My NJ locations amendment got denied. What are the possible options I have now? Can I apply for a H1B transfer immediately as I have another offer and a valid I-94? Or can I go back to Clevland, OH same office of client A? Please advise. Link to comment
