H4 EAD : Using previous employer I140

1) My I140 is approved through Employer A .

2) However I changed my job to employer B starting of this year , Employer B has filed my GC to port I140 but it would take around 8 months to do the same .

 

My question is can I ask H4EAD for my spouse based on I140 approved through my previous employer (Employer A )?
