Transfer of H1 B

Hi,

My Employer A applied i-140 and it got approved in Feb, now he is forcing me to join to his payroll or else he says he will revoke my i-140 . Currently, i am with Employer B with H1 status with him.Employer B applied for Amendment in March still in process.

1)Can I transfer my H1 B to Employer A while Amendment is in process with Employer B or will there be an issues ?

2)Employer A will revoke my i-140 if i don't join, what are the reasons to revoke an i-140 ?
