Hi,

I have a valid petition valid for 2 more years however My I-94 is valid for 3 months from now. If my family goes for dependent VISA stamping (at my country carrying my valid petition), do they get 2 Years valid stamping based on my current petition or do they get Stamping validity date matched to my I-94 (that is 3 months) ?

Please let me know your opinion. Thanks in advance

submit a new I797 while applying based on that you will get visa .... so always latest first .....
