H1/H4 Stamping , pending H4 approval

My case : Employer A H1B approval until 03/2020 and H4 for 03/2020 and i changed jobs. Employer B applied for H1B transfer in Premium and Approved  until 06/2022, but H4 extension is pending (bio metric is complete). Need to travel to Canada for H1/H4 Stamping together in 3 weeks.

Questions : 

1. Do i need to wait for H4 approval notice to attend stamping interview?
2. If not, what documents do i need to carry for our visa interview?
3. Also, in DS-160 what information do i need to provide for H4 visa if i do not have the H4 approval notice?

Any help is much appreciated.

1. Not needed. You can go directly. Make sure you take H-4 receipt notice.

2. In DS-160 it will ask for primary applicant information. So it will be your H-1 details in her application also.
