komal145
Is it mandatory to have an enddate on SOW for h1b Extension ? My Client says it is long term project , it might go for 2years and beyond , but they can give Sow to prime vendor every 6months. Can we apply for H1b Extension , with SOW stating ENDDATE as "Long term"? Also do i need to mention in client letter as long term without enddate. Is it compulsory to specify ENDDATE on "SOW"? I need to file amendment , so need to apply for california Uscis. Edited July 3, 2019 by komal145 Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
If you get SOW for 6 months take it. In client letter mention that it is long term project and also in vendor letter, I did same. Quote Link to comment
