Am I Eligible for EB1 catagory

I worked as a Manager in India with company A from 2013/Apr to 2016 / May. I came to US on H1 with the same company on 2016/June but with a designation as Lead (non Managerial). (June 2016 to till date)

Now its been more than 3 yrs I admitted into USA and working as a Lead role.
Am I still eligible to process my GC in EB1 category?

You were not a multinational manager within the last three years. That means that avenue is gone.
