TWO I797 COPIES SAME EMPLOYER DIFFERENT DATES

I have my old petition valid until jan 26 2020 and got my new petition approved recently based on I140 with the same employer and got the start date as 11/17/2019 valid until 11/17/2022 Now I have a plan to go to india for stamping in the month of august as i don't have valid visa so in this case Can i get the visa stamping from the August to until my latest i797 expiration which is 11/17/2022 or get the stamping from 11/17/2019 end up staying for another two months in India ?. it would be a great help if someone can provide some information in this case.

you need to show the new H1B that is valid till 2022.
