travel outside the US while I-130 is pending

Hi, 

My spouse is a green card holder, and we submitted I-130 form for my green card petition. We have not submitted I-485 as I-130 is still pending. I am currently in the US under H1b VISA. I am wondering if I can still travel outside the US with my H1b VISA while my I-130 is pending? If so, will travel have any impact on my I130 application (as I94 information may change after travel)? Thank you for your help!

You can travel and return with the H1 visa. This has no connection to your I-130. Once your PD is current, you can then file for AOS.
