H1 Transfer within few days after joining new Employer

I have a question regarding H1 transfer for the below situation.

a) I was with Employer A till 7th June 2019. 
b) I joined Employer B on 10th June 2019. 

I have all the pay stub from the employer A, which is till 7th June. I have approved I 797 till 2021 and also received attached I94 with it from Employer B.

Petition and Visa of employer A will expire on 20th June.

Now new employer C want to file H1 transfer.

So the question is.. Is it possible for the new employer C to file my H1 transfer.
