So I have 2 questions, 1)if i want to do 2nd masters is it tedious to change my H1B status back to F1, if i want to study full time. 2)After second master would I be able to use same H1B remaining valid time to work full time(would I be able to apply directly for H1b and not through the Cap) Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted June 6, 2019 Report Share Posted June 6, 2019 do they not expect you to join if approved? Is it a very small company/consultancy? New rules mandate you work for the initial sponsor at least once. If you want to finesse the regulations, talk to a lawyer. Why a second masters and how do you expect to get in a known program so soon? Link to comment
