Mna
Hi, i work as a software developer for xx company.i have got my h1b extension approved in April 2019, but a week ago I have received a NOIR. The reason USCIS stated was I have a bachelors in electrical and electronics engineering and I am not eligible to work as a software developer. Can I overcome this case anyway? Thanks. gopalakrishnach
In olden days you can but NOT now. No matter what time it is EE cannot work as a software developer even though you took some computer courses that violates specialty occupation. Now a days they are just enforcing law more strictly.
