Effective date for H1b+H4+H4EAD concurrent filing

Hi, my company is going to file the H1b+H4+H4EAD for my wife and I concurrently. Considering the new biometrics collection for H4, there seems a significant delay between the approval of H1b and the approval of H4/H4EAD. I'm wondering whether the effective date of H1b and H4/H4EAD will be the same or the H1b's effective date will be earlier? Thanks!

Dates would be the same.
