NOIR leading to 221g white slip during VISA Interview

Hi
My situation is little complex . I got 221g white slip during VISA interview. The reason was that NOIR was issued at the same time I left to India for Interview .

The reason for NOIR was client visit at Client A and my project with client A got over a week before the visit.

I was working for Client B , 20 miles from Client A , so amendment was not filed.

My attorney responded to the NOIR stating the same fact. Now I am worried if my H1 would be revoked.
Do my employer need to file an amendment . if yes then is there any chance of approval in Premium processing?

Expect delays. Consulate will wait for USCIS to make a decision on the petition and keep you waiting on 221g assuming NOIR was the reason for 221g.

You should execute plan B. One thing you can do is to find a new employer or work with current employer and their attorneys to file an amendment in premium with correct lca details.

Hi dsukrish7,

I had a similar case, my visa was approved for a year but the extension of stay denied, due to this reason, I had to come for stamping, I received 221g in jan, waiting since then, please contact me asap.

Thanks

I couldn't do that . since my project got over with the current client
