Travelling while H1B transfer going on

Hi All,

I have valid visa till july 2019, want to travel in June. I have new 797 till 2022 with company A. I want to go for drop box in India. But I got offer from company B. They just initiated the H1 transfer. Can I travel now while transfer going on? I want to go with company A, stamped, comeback and resign company A to server notice period before joining company B.  Or can I travel after joining company B? And also I think, I need to inform company B lawyers before I travel so that they aware.

 

Please advice.

I guess you can travel but it is advised not to travel when H1B is in processing stage.
