New H1B approved after transfer denial

Hi,

My H1B transfer petition was denied last December due to which I had to leave the US.

In the meantime, My employer had filed for a new H1B which got approved recently valid for 3 years.

However, Now my end client manager is not willing to take me in their team, which has put me in a fix.

Can someone guide me towards the options available to me?

Your employer needs to find you a new client. Apply for H1B amendment.. Get it approved.. after that you need to get visa stamped and come back...

I think, if your employer finds you a new project, then they can file a new LCA and amend the approval. that way you can come back into the US
