Sandy1210 Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 My current H1-B ends Sept 24, 2019. I have applied for H1-B extension, and its approved with new petition from Sept 25, 2019 to Sept 24, 2021. I have a travel plan to india in june which requires me to go for stamping. My Question is: Which petition should I be considering for visa stamping (for DS-160, travel docs). Do I need my current H1-B which ends Sept 24, 2019 or the newest H1-B extended petition which ends Sept 24, 2021? Thanks in Advance!
