With approved i140 are we eligible to extend h1b/H4 visas for 1 year since our dates for 485 are current( he is from India, but i’m from Russia and we will have a right to use cross- chargeability.Thank you in advance, Edited May 6, 2019 by Inessa Quote Link to comment
